What are laundry subscriptions?
Laundry subscriptions are prepaid plans that cover a set number of pounds of wash/dry/fold service each month. You pick a tier, we handle the laundry, and you get your time back.
Do subscriptions include pickup and delivery?
- Fresh Start: Pickup/delivery is $8.95 per order. Delivery surcharge fees may apply based on location.
- Laundry Freedom: One-way pickup OR delivery is free per order ($4.48 value). Delivery surcharge fees may apply based on location.
- Premium Cycle: Pickup and delivery are free every time within 30 miles.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Life happens. Feel free to cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
Do unused pounds roll over?
- Fresh Start: Nope—use it or lose it.
- Laundry Freedom & Premium Cycle: Yep! Unused pounds automatically roll over to the next month, so you’re covered if life gets messy.
Can I send pillows or blankets with my subscription?
Pillows and blankets aren’t included in your plan’s regular poundage—they take special handling. But if you’re on Laundry Freedom or Premium Cycle, you’ll snag 20% off the regular price for blankets & comforters. Fresh Start subscribers can still send them in; they’ll just be billed at the normal rate.
